Sonia Borges earned her Massage Therapist license in 2005 at the Hudson Valley School of Massage Therapy. She then furthered her education at Orange County Community College where she attained a Physical Therapy Assistant degree. After working in a few facilities in the Hudson Valley she found her home at Highland Physical Therapy, where she treats an array of diagnoses and patients of all ages. Sonia uses many hands-on techniques to achieve the best result for each individual patient. In her free time, she enjoys the company of her two children by dancing, singing, and playing games. After a long day of helping others, she is simply known as mom.
